Wolf Brand is open for business during the pandemic, any placed orders will still be shipped as normal. The odd occasion may occur if we need more stock, which is usually delayed an extra 2-3 days at this time. Despite this we guarantee all orders will be delivered to you within 7 days.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At this rather unfortunate time with the unprecedented pandemic, we cannot accept returns at this time due to hygiene and safety our staff and yourself. We encourage that you check your basket before completing the order. Rest assured we will deliver what you order correctly.
As stated above we are not accepting returns due to COVID-19. Our refunding process is still eligible if the order we sent to you was incorrect. In the unlikely event this occurs we will issue your refund within 7 days and we request you send the incorrect item back to us at our expense before the refund has completed.
All our products are delivered with Royal Mail 1st class Signed for and we charge a flat rate of £3.99 for this service.
If you order multiple products we tend to use another courier at the same postage price.
Any orders exceeding £50 will be posted free of charge.
